Virtual Coins & In‑App Purchases Policy
Applies to Tavrizonz.com and any Tavrizonz Limited apps or services that offer virtual coins, credits, or other digital items ("Virtual Items").
1) Optional purchases & pricing
Virtual Items are optional. Where offered, prices, pack sizes, and any applicable taxes/fees are shown at the point of purchase. If purchased via an app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play), the store may display pricing in your local currency and apply its own taxes/fees and billing descriptors.
2) No real‑world value
- Virtual Items have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not a bank or payment account.
- Virtual Items are not redeemable for cash, refunds, prizes, or any real‑world property unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing for a specific offer.
- Virtual Items are licensed to you for use within the applicable Tavrizonz service only.
3) Non‑transferable; account-based
Unless a feature clearly allows it, Virtual Items are non‑transferable, cannot be sold, gifted, or exchanged outside our services, and may only be used by the account that acquired them. We may restrict, suspend, or reverse Virtual Items where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, policy breach, or an error in crediting.
4) Delivery & changes
Virtual Items are usually delivered immediately after payment confirmation. Availability, pricing, and Virtual Item balances may change over time as we update features or correct errors. If you believe your balance is incorrect, contact us with your receipt/order details.
5) Cancellations & refunds
- App store purchases: Refunds and cancellations are handled by the store’s rules and processes. Please request refunds directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase.
- Direct purchases (if offered): Contact us at contact@tavrizonz.com. If Virtual Items have not been used and we can verify the transaction, we will assess your request in line with New Zealand consumer expectations.
- Consumer rights: Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
