Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Tavrizonz.com (the “Service”) operated by Tavrizonz Limited (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. Do not use the Service if this is not true.

2) Social casino / simulated gameplay (no real-money gambling)

The Service is a simulated social casino for entertainment only. No real-money gambling occurs. Virtual currency/credits and virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash or prizes of real-world value, and cannot be exchanged outside the Service.

3) Accounts & security

• You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping login details secure.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or disable accounts to protect users or the Service.

4) Virtual currency, items, and purchases

• Virtual currency/items are licensed, not sold, to you for use within the Service only.
• They are non-transferable and may not be traded, gifted, sold, or assigned.
• No redemption or cash-out: you cannot convert virtual currency/items to money, crypto, or anything of real-world value.
• If offered, paid purchases provide virtual items only. Any refunds are handled under applicable law and the relevant app store/payment provider policies.

5) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, botting, automation, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
• Harassment, hate speech, unlawful content, or violating others’ rights.
• Attempting to buy/sell accounts or virtual currency/items, or enabling third-party trading.
• Using the Service in breach of New Zealand law or any applicable regulations.

6) Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including software, text, graphics, logos, and game content. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

7) Service changes, suspension, and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or part) and may suspend/terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or users. Sections intended to survive (including IP, disclaimers, limits of liability, and disputes) will continue.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, profits, or goodwill, and our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to NZD $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event (whichever is greater).

9) Disputes, governing law

Contact us first so we can try to resolve issues. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts. You may also be able to bring claims in the Disputes Tribunal where applicable.
